I have represented buyers across all of Central Ohio, and rural areas surrounding Central Ohio. Being that the current market is a “seller’s market,” it is imperative that buyers have someone representing them that can provide them insight and guidance in the process and also know how to set their offer apart from other buyers. 


Buying a home is a significant investment for most people, bringing with it a host of different considerations and emotions. It is important to me that a buyer feels confident in their decision, so I work hard to give buyers as much information as they need prior to putting in an offer. 


While the Central Ohio area currently has low inventory of homes available for sale, I utilize “out of the box” strategies for finding homes for buyers, including exploring homes that were listed in the past but did not sell. Since I complete a significant number of transactions each year, I have a good understanding of the market and can help buyers avoid over spending as well.
